How To Edit Meals
Please remember all meals must be edited by 11:59pm on Wednesday. Click My Account Click Subscription Click View Click Edit Meals Select Your New Meals Add To Cart Click Cart Checkout (Make Sure To Re-Apply Your Coupon Code) You Should Not Be Charged Unless You Are Due For Payment.

What is the weekly deadline to place my order?
All orders must be in by Wednesday 11:59pm. The orders will be prepared on Sunday. You can edit your order in My Account. All edits or cancellations must be in by Wednesday 11:59pm (ET).

When Will I Be Billed?
You will be billed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly based on the subscription package you choose.

Why Should I Become A Registered User?
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the Elite Technique gym location of you chose on file, unless you direct us otherwise. You can modify, pause and cancel orders through your account as well.

How Much Time Do I Have To Modify or Cancel My Order?
Our meals are made completely from scratch each week and we do our best to accommodate your needs. Order modification and cancellation requests must be placed by Wednesday, 11:59pm (ET) to be applied to the following Monday's delivery. Requests made after that deadline will be applied to the next following week’s delivery.

Will I Get A Refund If I'm Not Satisfied With My Order??
Refunds are not guaranteed and are based on a case-by-case basis. Give us a call if you are not satisfied and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Want To Pause Your Meals?
You can pause your meals by going to My Account, click subscription, click view and click suspend. This will put your meals on hold. If you have already paid for meals and decide to pause mid order. Keep in mind that if you put your meals on hold on a Wednesday or before, your meals will be held and you will not receive meals the following Monday. However, if you pause your package on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You will still receive meals that Monday if you had meals already paid for. Just like the orders need to be in by Wednesday by 11:59pm, your pause needs to be in by Wednesday by 11:59pm.

Where Do You Deliver?
We are partnered with Local gyms in the DMV (see about page for partnerships). We have refrigerators set up in each of their locations throughout Maryland & Virginia. At this moment those locations include the following cities. MD - Beltsville, Largo, Rockville, Pikesville, Hanover, and Clinton. VA - Alexandria.

What days do you deliver?
We deliver all our orders to the Gym locations on Sundays. Customers are able to pick up their orders on Monday.

What do I need to pick up my order?
You will need to show photo ID to an Elite Technique representative at the locations. They will match your name to your order and you will be all set.

What are pick up times for my order?
Elite Technique Mon-Wed 5am-9am and 4pm-8pm. These are your pickup windows. Year 20Fit Mon 9am-10am and 3:30pm - 8:30pm Tues 2:45pm- 8:30pm

How much is Delivery?
Delivery to the gyms are FREE.

What Happens If My Delivery Is Not At The Location.
All of our deliveries are tracked within our ordering system. Should you have any issues with your order we must be notified within 24 hours of any issues. All of our deliveries are logged with time stamps and proof of delivery with photos and signatures.

Can I Change My Delivery Location?
Yes, you can change your delivery location at any moment within Your Account.

Want To Cancel or Modify A Delivery?
You have no obligation to continue service past any given delivery, however, we do have cancellation deadline as all of our meals are made fresh to order. If you are a weekly meal plan subscriber, you must request a meal plan cancellation, or we will keep delivering meals to you. Just need a short break? You can login and pause your subscription in My Account. This must be done by Wednesday 11:59 pm (ET) to cancel or modify the following week’s scheduled delivery.

Do You Change Your Meals?
Yes. We have our standard meals that you will see each week for those who like to keep things simple. However, each week we have a Weekly Special that allows you to keep fresh flavors in your meal plan.

How Long Do The Meals Last?
As a general guide, a 7 days in the fridge and a few weeks in the freezer. This varies slightly by what is in your meal. Each meal has a label with a specific best-by date and how long you can store instructions.

Heating Your Meals
Remove the protective film from the meal and place your meal in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. You can also heat your meal in the oven. Your meal trays are oven-safe for up to 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

How Do I Store My Meals?
Store your meals in a fridge or a freezer. If you do not plan to consume your meals within a couple of days, put them in the freezer upon arrival. If you choose to freeze the meals, ideally transfer them to the fridge two days before you are ready to enjoy them.

Special of the Week
Every so often we have a special of the week. This is when we test new menu items for our clients. The special will run for about 2-3 weeks. Depending on how the special does we will keep it as a main menu item. Two main factors that contribute to the success of a Special of the Week is how many orders it receive and how easy it is to prep. Other factors that can play into this is the consistent availability for ingredients and the ability to scale up the preparation of this item.
