Chopped Up Meals Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

By signing up as an affiliate with Chopped Up Meals, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. The purpose of this program is to promote our meal prep service through legitimate affiliate marketing strategies.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on each first-time sale and on repeat subscription orders they refer to Chopped Up Meals.
Commissions are calculated post-discounts and before taxes or shipping fees.
Commissions will continue for as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.

3. Payout Terms

Payouts are processed monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.

All marketing content must be appropriate and align with the brand’s values.

7. Termination of Agreement

Chopped Up Meals reserves the right to:

Terminate an affiliate account at any time for breach of terms, unethical practices, or inactivity.
Withhold unpaid commissions if violations are found.

Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.

8. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through their involvement with Chopped Up Meals.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chopped Up Meals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of revenue due to affiliate program participation.

10. Modifications

Chopped Up Meals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation after modifications signifies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
