Policy/Terms & Conditions
All fees are non-refundable. You the Member are responsible for paying periodic membership fees, and hereby authorizes Chopped Up Meals LLC to charge the member’s credit card, debit card, or bank account, to pay for the ongoing cost of membership fees via automatic debit. Membership plans, offerings and length of terms offered may vary by package. Unless specifically stated, memberships will be automatically renewed for a term equal to the original term upon expiration of the then-current term, and continually thereafter, unless the Member terminates the membership by call, text or Chopped Up Meals LLC app at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. When termination is requested by a Member, there is no refund for any unused meals that are already paid for. Memberships can be cancelled at anytime throughout the contract without having to pay for the remainder of the contract. Member acknowledges and agrees that the authorization to charge Member’s credit card for service/products shall automatically transfer to any successors or assigns of service/products for substantially similar services at the same website. Member may not assign or transfer his or her membership to any other person or entity. Should Member request a refund which is denied for a valid reason under these Terms of Service, and should Member subsequently file a claim against Chopped Up Meals LLC, Chopped Up Meals LLC shall be entitled to collect from Member all costs (including attorneys fees) associated with defending such a claim.
